Woke up at 8:00 am. A little bit late than what we planned. Shopped and filled the gas first. Sushi for breakfast again.
Arrived Southern most point, USA around 11:00 a.m. Met an American guy who actually has been living in TW for 6 years and is going back to TW again after his vacation in Hawaii.
Went to rent the snorkel gears at Pineapple Park (not recommend) and then hiked down (1 hr, one way) to Captain Cook Monument to snorkel. Truly amazing. A lot said it's the best on the island. It was pouring while hiking back to Napoopoo Road (where we parked). Hiked in the rain for about 30 minutes. Quite an experience.
Went to Up Country cafe and Bakery at Captain Cook for a cup of 100% Kona coffee. Warm and the staff was nice. Went back north and had some good and cheap sushi at Shimaichi. Highly recommend!
Walked along Kona main street (Alii Dr.) for some handcrafts and gifts for friends. A lot of shops were closed by 9:00 pm but the weather was nice for just walking around.
Headed back and arrived resort around 10:30 pm. Took a nice shower and foot bath. Had some instant noodles and prepared the fruits and breakfast for tomorrow (going out very early tmr). Great day!
